Sahayak — Fintech Aggregation App (Concept Design)
Designed a mobile-first fintech concept focused on account aggregation, consent-based data access, and simplified personal finance insights.
Overview
Problem Statement
Managing personal finances is fragmented. Users typically rely on multiple apps and platforms for:
Bank accounts
Investments
Expenses
Savings and goals
This fragmentation leads to poor financial visibility, low engagement, and decision fatigue—especially for users who are not financially savvy.
The challenge was to design a single, trusted interface that could:
Aggregate financial data securely
Present insights in a simple, understandable way
Build trust in a highly sensitive domain like finance
Design Goals
Create a simple, non-intimidating onboarding experience for first-time fintech users
Design flows compliant with account aggregation and consent-based data access
Provide at-a-glance financial insights without overwhelming users
Establish trust through clarity, transparency, and visual restraint
Solution Approach
We approached Sahayak as a mobile-first fintech product, focusing on clarity, calmness, and progressive disclosure of information.
Key design pillars:
Guided onboarding to ease users into financial aggregation
Consent-led flows for mobile number verification and account linking
Clear visual hierarchy to simplify financial data
Soft, friendly UI language to reduce anxiety around money management
The design intentionally avoided aggressive charts and complex terminology, instead prioritizing human-friendly finance.

Valuable learnings in designing for trust, clarity, and compliance
A polished concept that demonstrated readiness for real-world implementation
